<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inside Outside Circle (IOC) Berbantuan Media Kartu Pernafasan Pencernaan dan Pertumbuhan atau KP-ing 3 Terhadap Keaktifan Siswa Kelas V SD N Nguwet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Jenis penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experiment. Bentuk desain yang digunakan adalah non equivalent control group. Desain ini menggunakan dua kelompok, kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi dan didukung dengan instrumen lembar observasi (pretest dan posttest). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, hasil dari lembar observasi keaktifan siswa (pretest) pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 62,52, sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata 62,47. Kemudian setelah dilakukan tiga kali treatment didapatkan hasil dari lembar observasi keaktifan siswa (posttest) pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,08, sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata 76,30. Dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney didapatkan hasil bahwa Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,001. Sehingga nilai signifikasinya adalah 0,001 < 0,05, maka dapat diartikan bahwa H<sub>1</sub> diterima dan H<sub>0</sub> ditolak. Maka, terdapat perbedaan keaktifan siswa antara hasil nilai posttest kelas eksperimen dan posttest kelas kontrol. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran <em>Problem Based Learning</em> berbantuan media DISPERSAL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SDN Mertoyudan 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian <em>Pre-Eksperimental Design</em> dengan model <em>One Group Pretest-Posttest Design</em>. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Mertoyudan 3 yang berjumlah 19 yang dipilih secara sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan soal tes yang berbentuk uraian. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas. Analisis data menggunakan <em>statistic parametric</em> yaitu uji <em>Paired Sample t-test</em> dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil <em>posttest</em> sebesar 83,6 yang mengalami peningkatan dibandingan dengan hasil <em>pretest </em>dengan nilai rata-rata 67,7. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan Uji <em>Paired Sampe t-test</em> menunjukkan <em>Sig.</em> 0,000 < 0,05 artinya ada perbedaan secara signifikan atas hasil <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest </em>dengan model pembelajaran <em>Problem Based Learning</em> berbantuan media DISPERSAL. Maka dari itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran <em>Problem Based Learning</em> berbantuan media DISPERSAL (Video Animasi Permasalahan Lingkungan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SDN Mertoyudan 3.</p>Sintia Amanda RahayuAditya Eska WardanaKun Hisnan Hajron

<p>This research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning learning model on narrative essay writing skills in class IV students at SD Negeri Mertoyudan 3. This research uses the Pre-Experimental Design research type with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. This research uses non-probability sampling techniques. The sample in this study was class IV students at SD Negeri Mertoyudan 3, totaling 20 students. The data collection method was carried out using performance tests and observation. Swimmer analysis test using the normality test. Data analysis uses parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the research show that there is an increase in the average student score with a pretest average of 67 and a posttest average of 82. Based on the Paired results Sample T-Test produces a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the application of the Project Based Learning model has a significant effect on narrative essay writing skills in class IV students at SD Negeri Mertoyudan 3.</p>Umy KhafifahAditya Eska WardanaPutri Meinita Triana

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><em>This paper discusses the implementation of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) education on Muhammadiyah campuses plays an important role in shaping student morals. This education is expected to not only improve academic understanding, but also shape character and ethics in accordance with Islamic values. Through interactive teaching methods, experiential approaches, and integration of moral values in the curriculum, students are expected to internalise Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth exploration of the role of AIK in strengthening student morals. This research method uses library research with a qualitative and conceptual approach. The results of the study through the method of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan education can strengthen morale. There is a relationship between AIK education and moral improvement of students. Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan education as a moral characteristic of Muhammadiyah students. This research is expected to increase knowledge about the relationship between Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah education and strengthening student morals.</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Makalah ini membahas tentang implementasi pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) di kampus Muhammadiyah berperan penting dalam membentuk moral mahasiswa. Pendidikan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman akademis, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan etika yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Melalui metode pengajaran yang interaktif, pendekatan berbasis pengalaman, serta integrasi nilai-nilai moral dalam kurikulum, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. <p>Sekolah dasar sebagai bentuk pendidikan formal memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan karakter dan potensi siswa. SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya agar dapat bersaing dengan sekolah lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan daya saing SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung menggunakan analisis SWOT, IFAS, dan EFAS. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh sekolah. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung memiliki beberapa kekuatan signifikan, seperti perannya sebagai sekolah penggerak dan dukungan dari Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Kelemahan seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, juga perlu diperhatikan. Peluang besar bagi sekolah adalah potensinya untuk menjadi role model bagi sekolah lain di sekitarnya, sementara ancaman utama adalah kurangnya dukungan orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak. Hasil analisis IFAS dan EFAS menunjukkan SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung berada dalam kuadran SO (Strength-Opportunities) yang mengindikasikan bahwa sekolah ini memiliki kekuatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengambil peluang yang ada. <p>Pendidikan merupakan suatu cara untuk dapat menghasilkan manusia yang cerdas dan bermartabat, karena kemajuan suatu bangsa dapat dilihat dari kualitas sumber daya manusianya. SDN 005 Sambaliung merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mendapatkan predikat sekolah penggerak di kabupaten berau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan Rapor Merdeka dalam mengubah proses penilaian dan pelaporan hasil belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Rapor Merdeka mempermudah pengolahan data penilaian, mengurangi beban administratif guru, serta mempercepat proses pelaporan. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of teacher knowledge on teacher performance, teacher quality on teacher performance, teacher knowledge on school quality, teacher quality on school quality, teacher performance on school quality, and teacher knowledge and teacher quality on school quality through teacher performance. The study was conducted in 28 private primary schools in Serang Regency, which focused on 435 teachers and obtained a sample size of 208 teachers by determining the sample size using Slovin's formula. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive index numbers and SEM PLS as an inferential analysis. SEM PLS analysis was performed using External analysis model and Internal analysis model and followed by Hypothesis Testing on 7 research hypotheses. <p><em>Total Quality Management (TQM), a comprehensive quality management approach, has been proven to increase efficiency and effectiveness in various sectors, including education. However, its implementation in elementary schools, especially in Cilegon City, is often not optimal. This problem will affect TQM on teacher performance through work commitment and reward management systems in these schools. This shows that there is a gap between the expected implementation of TQM and the existing reality, where many schools have not fully adopted or integrated TQM principles in daily operations. There are still many schools that have not implemented TQM effectively, often facing problems in inconsistent learning standards and school management. This research aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Management Reward on teacher performance with work commitment as an intervening variable in elementary schools in Jombang District, Cilegon City. In the educational context, the application of TQM principles is important to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education. On the other hand, Management Rewards play a role in motivating and appreciating teachers so that they can improve their performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a number of elementary school teachers as respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that the implementation of TQM and Management Reward has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Work commitment was found to be an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of TQM and Management Reward on teacher performance. These findings emphasize that to achieve optimal teacher performance, integration between quality and reward management strategies is needed, as well as strengthening teacher work commitment. <p><em>Teacher performance is a key factor in achieving optimal quality education. This research aims to investigate the influence of organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance, with work performance as a mediating variable, among elementary school teachers in Cilegon City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 200 elementary school teachers selected randomly. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires that measure organizational learning, discipline, work performance and teacher performance. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. The research results show that organizational learning and discipline have a significant positive effect on teacher work performance. In addition, job performance is proven to be a significant mediator in the relationship between organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved by developing an organizational learning culture and strengthening discipline. Job performance plays an important role in strengthening the impact of these two factors on teacher performance. Organizational learning and discipline are important factors that influence teacher performance, with job performance as a significant mediator. <p><em>Digital literacy is one of the most important skills along with the development of education that emphasizes critical thinking skills, collaboration, communication, and creativity. Teachers are expected to be able to integrate digital technology into the learning process to make it more effective, interactive, and in accordance with the needs of students. The digital learning environment requires education actors to have adequate digital literacy competencies in order to create a conducive learning environment. Teachers as important actors in learning should have adequate digital literacy skills. This study aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of teachers at SDN 37 Ampenan and to find out what percentage of the digital literacy skills of teachers at SDN 37 Ampenan. The subjects of this study were fifteen teachers. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed and it was found that overall the digital literacy of teachers was in the good category. Seventy percent were categorized as good, thirty percent were categorized as very good, and zero percent were categorized as lacking and very lacking. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the role of organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance by considering teacher performance as a mediating variable in elementary schools in Cilegon City. Organizational learning is an effort made by schools to improve teacher skills and knowledge through various training programs and professional development. Teacher discipline reflects the level of compliance with the rules and regulations that apply in the school environment. Teacher performance is measured based on the achievement of work results, innovation in teaching, and contribution to the school environment. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 118 teachers in several elementary schools in Cilegon City as research samples. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques and path analysis to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that: 1) organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 2) Discipline also plays an important role in improving teacher performance. 3) Teacher performance was found as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance. 4) These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through the development of effective organizational learning and the implementation of strict discipline. <p><em>Humans will use these language skills to develop communication skills that will be used in interacting with other people. One communication skill that is no less important is speaking skills. In addition to students' lack of vocabulary, their lack of confidence in speaking and assessing English as a difficult subject makes speaking a difficult language skill. It is hoped that this research can make a contribution to the world of education, especially in designing learning plans that are tailored to the characteristics and abilities of each student. This research uses the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method. This research will use 2 classes, namely class 4/1 ESC MUDS Thailand and class 4A SDS Nurul Arafah. From this research it was found that the English communication skills of Thai students were 80%, while Indonesian students were still less than 50%. From the application of this role play method, students become accustomed to role playing activities using English. The effects that occur on students are student courage, student self-confidence, student voice volume, vocabulary, understanding, fluency and other aspects of students increase. , the sense of cooperation with group friends was more visible in the second cycle compared to the first cycle because students were getting used to working in groups.
